100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Light, lurid pink. Tangerine, raspberry and white pepper on the fragrant nose. Juicy and focused in the mouth, offering zesty red berry flavors with a refreshingly bitter edge. Closes clean and tight, with lingering spiciness and a touch of orange zest.
Personal Tasting Notes:
I found this wine to be only slightly dry but smooth and a bit sweet with a tart finish. The sweetness was surprising for me considering that this wine is a Cabernet. I detected both the flavors and aromas of strawberries and watermelons. Furthermore the bouquet of this wine included raspberry as well.
