Vintage Cellar Tasting Notes:
Vivid straw colour. Fresh, clean and intense bouquet enlivened by notes of citrus fruit with a depth of pears and apples. Deliciously fresh and full in the mouth where racy, focused flavours deliver notes of minerals, lemon rind and green apples. Good length and a refreshing finish. Has all the character of the best from its appellation.
Personal Tasting Notes:
The scent of this wine had a bit of a butter hint to it even though it was an unoaked wine. Additionally, the wine had a smoother feel to it and was only slightly dry with an almost sweet quality. There was not very much flavor to the wine but it had a bit of spice and a slight flavor of almonds and pears.
This wine was tasted without food
