Vintage Cellar Tasting Notes:
Clean pale yellow color. Nose fruity, persistent and elegant aromas. Good backbone on the palate.
Personal Tasting Notes:
I did like this wine which had a slightly fruity aroma particularly of cirtus. The flavors I detected were lemons and oranges. This wine had a slightly acidic flavor and was slightly dry but not terribly bitter. I feel this wine might have gone well with shell fish in a lemon sauce.
