Citrus and gooseberry aromas are mild but typical of the variety. A basic citrus palate delivers modest tangerine and nectarine flavors which lead to a mild, pithy finish showing light citric notes.
Personal Tasting Notes:
I found this Sauvignon Blanc to have a light lingering with a dry yet smooth taste and feel. Additionally, there was a strong grape aroma and the slight taste of citrus mixed with a buttery almond flavor. This wine was smooth overall and not sharp. It was an okay wine but not my favorite. This wine was tasted without food.
