Vintage Cellar Tasting Notes:
Shows a certain rustic simplicity now, with youthfully jammy flavors of blackberries, cherries and currants, sprinkled with cocoa and pepper and wrapped into dusty tannins.
Personal Tasting Notes:
This wine had a slight aroma of plums, cherries, and blackberries. However, I found the taste to be extremely strong with cherries and pepper and honestly terrible. This wine was very dry and had a very tacky mouth feel, that made me think of shoe polish. This wine was my least favorite so far this semester, and was tried on its own without food.
