Personal Tasting Notes:
I tasted honeydew melon notes mixed with pear in this wine.  Additionally, I found it to be a little dry but not excessively so.  Also very acidic, you could smell a very strong alcohol content. I did not care for this wine very much.
I tasted this wine on its own with no food but I think it would go well with seafood, particularly shrimp or maybe lemon chicken. This wine tasted rather dry and acidic and therefore needs either meal with some fat or butter such as shrimp scampi or something to cut the acidity.
